Attic insulation – with a free no-obligation assessment, we can let you know if you need to insulate your attic or if you need to add more insulation to what is already there. We can also check to see if your attic is sufficiently sealed.
Attic ventilation – your attic may be properly insulated and sealed but without the necessary ventilation you are inviting moisture in. Moisture that goes unnoticed can lead to deterioration of the wood and usually means mold. Taking care of this problem early means that your roof will last longer – that can help you avoid some expensive repairs down the road.
Duct cleaning – at times, the ductwork throughout your home may accumulate excessive dust or other debris. If there are any small cracks or holes in the ductwork moisture may get in and lead to mold problems. The ducts deliver the air that is breathed every day by you and your family, you definitely want to make sure that air is fresh and free from bacteria. We can check your ductwork and see if a duct cleaning is in order.
Home energy audit – ideally, you want to have your home operating at 100% energy efficiency. In reality very few homes are at 100%.
